Each piece of Metales & Co is carefully designed with the best possible materials. The line is very well known for its high quality, the durability of our gold-plated and silver-plated jewelry and amazing accessible value. In order to extend the jewelry’s appearance, it must not be exposed to excessive and/or continuous heat and moisture as it will slowly deteriorate the quality and plating of the metal.

 The company does not provide a product warranty for items with normal wear and tear or damage due to improper care.

Avoid contact with chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from household chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or hair products.

Remove during physical activities: Take off your jewelry before engaging in activities that might cause sweating or contact with water.

Store properly: Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in a jewelry box or a soft pouch.

Clean regularly: Clean your jewelry gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For gemstones, use a soft brush and mild soapy water, then rinse thoroughly and dry well.

Handle with care: Gemstones are delicate, and sterling silver can scratch or dent. Handle your jewelry with care and avoid dropping it.
